Public records
Information intended for a public record or profile may be displayed publicly. Private contact details are not made public merely because they were provided with a request.
AI connector
vaultverified.app provides a read-only public AI connection that allows compatible assistants and agents to search public records and public profile history. The connector does not provide AI clients with private contact information, database credentials, arbitrary database access, or tools that create, edit, delete, grade, or otherwise alter records. Requests may be reflected in infrastructure logs and aggregate usage reporting for security, reliability, attribution, and service improvement. We do not require or request the full text of a user's private AI conversation in order to provide public record results.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, security, communications, analytics, and payment processing. Payment details are handled through the payment provider rather than stored on this public website.
Retention and protection
Information may be retained as needed to operate the service, protect record integrity, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
